I got a little, well quite a bit, nervous when writing up our workout today after Kelli told me we were going to have a third for our workout today. I've never really written up a workout for anyone other than Kelli or I. Our friend Trisha joined in on the workout today! She asked, "You don't do any cardio?" We answered, "This is our cardio."...And it was!

ReplyDeleteUmmm, may I say that Bulgarian split squats, burpees, and power jax sound painful, hazardous to your health, and mysterious. I imagine the box they come in says: "Warning: Professionals and masochists only. Do not open unless you are absolutely positive you want to be in pain, and are willing to cry out for your mother while tears sting your eyes." Good job you 3, I will spectate, thank you very much.
